The Thunderbird Emerging Markets Laboratory (TEM Lab) is Thunderbird's global consulting program. Consulting Labs range from one to five weeks of full-time on-site work, to 13 weeks of campus-based work.  Consultants are competitively selected, culturally adaptive, smart and motivated.  Since the inception of the TEM Lab in 2010 Thunderbird has delivered tens of thousands of hours of consulting services in over 30 countries. Your organization—whether a business, government or non-profit—can have access to Thunderbird global consulting talent.

The goals of TEM Lab are two-fold:

  • Create economic and/or social or environmental value for our client organizations
  • Create a unique experience for Thunderbird graduate students in which they can put their skills and experience to the test in a real-world, real-time, emerging-market environment
