Instead of First Tuesday in October, we invite you to attend a "Last Tuesday" event, “DC Thunderbird Evening of Support for Ukraine's Children.” On October 25, from 6-8 pm, at the home of Maya Ormsby (Thunderbird '98), Maya and Iryna McCaine (Thunderbird '18) will share exciting stories about their recent trip to Ukraine and dedicated efforts to help orphanages in Lviv. Iryna is the Founder and President of Global Education Ambassadors (GEA), https://geambassadors.org/#, a nonprofit focused on supporting innovative educational initiatives. With GEA, 100% of donated funds will go to Ukrainian orphanages.
