Thunderbird faculty members are recognized for their experience, diversity, pragmatic research, global business knowledge and applied program design. In addition to our full-time faculty, we also employ more than 20 trainers at Thunderbird’s Center for Business Skills Development in Moscow, Russia. Thunderbird is able to draw from the content and experience of this group in order to deliver exemplary education around the globe.
Rich Ettenson, Ph.D.
Richard Ettenson, Ph.D,. is Professor and Keickhefer Fellow of Global Marketing and Brand Strategy, Global Business Faculty at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. His areas of expertise include helping companies align their business, marketing and brand strategies to create value for customers, employees and shareholders. He is also a senior partner in Type 2 Consulting, a NYC-based business
strategy and brand consultancy.
Tamara Christensen’s work focuses on developing design thinking skills and innovation capacity through collaborative, project-based learning programs that foster immediate application of new ways of working. She has consulted with a variety of organizations from local not-for-profits to global Fortune 100 corporations across industries including aerospace, manufacturing, consumer products and package goods, transportation, consumer electronics, marketing, automotive, security and public utilities. She has effectively presented and lead interactive workshops at conferences and events around the globe.
