Aligning Culture & Strategy

Home / Executive Education / In-Person Programs / Aligning Culture & Strategy

People are an integral part of your organization. Don’t let the mystery of managing them puzzle you.

The unifying factor in all strategy is people, which can be the greatest mystery of all. There are many books and resources available on corporate strategy, but what about organizational culture? More facts cannot help you solve for “people”. For that, you need insight, not data.

“Aligning Culture & Strategy” is a one-day professional workshop designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of the organizational mystery that is your people. As a leader, one of your tasks is to manage your employees’ fears, hopes, excitements and dreams in order to create a culture that helps the strategy succeed.

  • Learn how human aspects, such as motivation and the nature of work, can affect strategy
