Curriculum Highlights

You will earn the Executive Certificate in Global Leadership and learn how to make critical global management and leadership decisions through content delivered in the following three courses:

  1. Enhancing Your Leadership Strengths

  2. Understanding Global Leadership

  3. Elective of your choosing

To earn the Executive Certificate or individual "Certificates of Completion," participants must:

  • Participate in weekly facilitated discussion forums

  • Complete the End-of-Course Assessment with a score of 80% or higher

  • Complete the End-of-Course Survey

 

The Executive Certificate in Global Leadership also includes the Hay Group Emotional and Social Competency Inventory 2*. Emotional and social intelligence make the difference between a highly effective leader and an average one.
