Learn how to navigate the oil and gas industry’s global changes, using cutting-edge interactive tools and interpersonal activities:

  • Cultural Assessments – learn about your cultural assumptions and assess personal cultural knowledge gaps using Thunderbird’s cultural context inventory.
  • Role Play and Situational Analysis – participate in a negotiation exercise that incorporates leadership skills, strategy, cross-cultural communication, decision making and financial acumen lessons learned during the program.
