Effective crisis management plans and preparations are customized to external stakeholders’ concerns and needs, and they keep all employees informed. Crisis management leaders must know how to readily access and make the most of messaging and communication technology in advance of any crisis. Participants will learn to take a strategic approach to selecting, establishing and reinforcing communication links, customizing the timing of information flow and working with communication experts to achieve optimal outreach before, during and after crises.
