Leading Diverse Teams for Collaborative Results

Develop sophisticated and relevant skills for managing people and projects across cultures and time zones in a business environment characterized by less time, smaller budgets and fewer resources.

  • Extend your knowledge well beyond the fundamentals of team and project management by becoming culturally “multilingual” and ready to turn project strategy into action.
  • Gain new insights and tools aligned with the three essential skills of global project team leadership: strategic project management, project leadership and cross-cultural leadership.
  • Build a rich toolbox of strategies to inspire, motivate, engage and communicate with global and virtual teams through exploration of research, rich dialogue and case analysis.
  • Engage in hands-on project management challenges to test your skills and gain insights you can use immediately following the course.

This course is designed for mid- to senior-level managers with global and/or cross-cultural responsibilities.
