Mastering Dark-Side Crisis Management

During this program, participants take a new look at emotional and social intelligence from the dark side, considering individual predispositions about and reactions to crises. You will engage in effective personal executive development, including skill-building for detecting and managing angry, fearful and sad stakeholders inside the organization and beyond.
