Thunderbird’s Global Leadership Alliance (GLA) is a membership-based program that brings together member organizations to solve real, cross-industry business challenges. Blending the best of customized learning and open-enrollment programs, the GLA brings together organizations from non-competing industries who work together to determine the course content.

Who Joins GLA?

  • Individuals identified in their organization as emerging or high-potential leaders within their organization
  • Two to three levels down from the C-Suite, depending on company size

GLA Curriculum

Content for the GLA is determined by the needs and interests of the cohort companies and delivered by Thunderbird faculty. It is a blend of faculty engagement, exercises and simulations, company visits and immersive experiences, designed to move beyond self-awareness assessments and toward action and behavior. Peers drive the conversation and the focus is on solving problems and tackling challenges that emerge in all industries.
