In today’s fast-paced world, addressing complex business challenges requires that diverse experts work well together. Unfortunately, collaborative efforts introduce dynamics that often present their own entirely new set of obstacles.
We often think about tension as something to minimize or alleviate, especially in cross-functional teams. But what if maximizing tension were actually the key to innovation and engagement?
In this engaging one-day experiential workshop, participants will identify why meetings are critical catalysts for activating the potential of experts. You will explore dimensions of tension that pose obstacles for organizations and teams in their efforts to creatively solve problems. We will then turn our attention to how to leverage these competing forces to create a culture of energizing collaboration, creativity and engagement.
