The Semiotics of Leadership

Every day we are bombarded by symbols — traffic signs, billboards, logos, visuals and more. We immediately recognize certain logos and designs, but have you ever sat down and thought about the way they make you feel? Have you ever asked yourself how using these symbols can help boost your effectiveness as a leader? This webinar will explore the use of symbols, ritual, and storytelling to help you in developing your skills as a leader — while simultaneously affecting the culture of your organization.
