Marie-Laure Kienne

Marie-Laure Kienne is Director of Operations, EU and is based in the Geneva Center of Excellence, Switzerland.

She leads all aspects of operations for Thunderbird Europe, including project management of our global Executive Education programs, as well as team leadership.

Over the years Marie-Laure has led the development of global, complex, multi-level programs for large international companies evolving in different fields, such as pharmaceuticals (global client headquartered in Germany), oil and gas (client based in Qatar), as well as for international organizations (client based in Switzerland).

In collaboration with the client team, she ensures and monitors the quality of implementation of these complex program rollouts, as well as all customer satisfaction.

Marie-Laure has been associated with Thunderbird Europe since Thunderbird’s first presence in Europe, in 1993.

Prior to Thunderbird Europe, she was a marketing assistant for Salomon Sports company in Annecy, France.

On her free time, Marie-Laure enjoys outdoor activities, such ask hiking/trekking, ski touring, or Nordic-walking.
