Our students share a deep passion for diverse cultures, a sense of adventure for seeing the world, a unique ability to thrive in fluid and unpredictable environments, and shared commitment to advancing equitable and sustainable prosperity worldwide. We call this the Thunderbird Mystique, a sense of global citizenship and and a desire to be part of something bigger than oneself.

Our World-Class Faculty

Thunderbird’s world-renowned professors have extensive hands-on experience in global management, and they’re passionate about sharing their personal insights, proven solutions, and global networks. Where many management school professors teach theory, Thunderbird’s esteemed faculty also teach real-world scenarios drawn from their own experiences. This grounded approach to management education provides students with practical, applicable tools and strategies to succeed in any global business challenge they encounter.
