Afghan Women’s Rights Leaders Learn to Train Others in the Powers of Persuasion

In March 2019, Thunderbird for Good faculty, Doctor Eileen Borris, delivered ten days of train-the-trainer model workshops in Kabul, Afghanistan, focusing on building persuasion skills for a select group of 50 leaders and advocates of women’s rights. Participants attended from across Afghanistan’s provinces and returned to their communities with the goal to train more than 5,000 other advocates throughout 2019.
