The Najafi 100 Million Learners Global Initiative is more than an educational movement—it’s a revolution in access to world-class business, entrepreneurship, and leadership education. From every corner of the globe, our learners are breaking barriers, unlocking potential, and redefining what’s possible.
Since its launch in 2022, the Global Initiative has empowered learners worldwide by providing access to online global education in business, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Learners are equipped with the knowledge and skills to transform their lives, elevate their communities, and drive global progress.
The impact is undeniable. Entrepreneurs are launching businesses, professionals are advancing their careers, and changemakers are leading their societies toward a brighter future. Every learner is a catalyst for change, proving that education is the key to unlocking economic mobility and sustainable prosperity worldwide.
The program is for everyone and is designed to benefit individual learners as well as organizations and corporations through three tailored pathways:
- Foundational Programs: Accessible to learners with limited time, confidence, or prior exposure to get started and be introduced to core entrepreneurship and business concepts in two highly accessible formats.
- Intermediate Program: Designed for those who want to apply entrepreneurship and leadership concepts more deeply and/or earn undergraduate credit.
- Advanced Program: Aimed at those who are seeking leadership, management, and strategic capabilities and/or want to earn academic credit toward a master’s degree.

A fast, 9-module bootcamp for learners who want a quick, accessible introduction to entrepreneurship and business essentials. Ideal for those seeking a short, flexible starting point.

Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation Foundations
A comprehensive 18-module foundational program designed to build strong entrepreneurship and innovation skills across all core competencies. Ideal for learners who want a deeper, more comprehensive foundational experience.

Tussenliggende cursussen
A flexible intermediate pathway, consisting of five undergraduate-level courses, for learners ready to deepen their entrepreneurship, business, and leadership skills. Complete five courses, earn a digital badge and certificate of completion at no cost, or begin earning undergraduate academic credit at a low cost as you prepare for advanced learning. The program offers content to deepen understanding and enhance skills in entrepreneurship and innovation.

Gevorderde cursussen
An advanced pathway consisting of five graduate-level courses designed for learners ready to take the next step toward their entrepreneurial and business goals and/or graduate education. This program delivers specialized, in-depth, and more rigorous content to prepare learners for leadership and sophisticated entrepreneurial endeavors. Earn a digital badge upon completion of each course and a certificate when you complete all five courses at no cost. Take it to the next level and earn academic credit at low cost—and apply your learning toward Thunderbird’s Master of Leadership Management online degree*.

*Requires an undergraduate degree and admittance into the Master of Leadership Management degree program.
Na succesvolle afronding van elke cursus verdienen studenten digitale referenties als erkenning voor hun leerproces. Deze kunnen worden opgehaald uit het leerportaal, zodat leerlingen hun prestaties kunnen delen met hun netwerken en waar het voor hen het belangrijkst is. Studenten die alle vijf cursussen in het Advanced-programma met succes afronden, verdienen een niet-academisch certificaat. Geïnteresseerden kunnen een geaccrediteerd certificaat van ASU/Thunderbird aanvragen, zolang ze een cijfer B of beter hebben behaald in elk van de vijf cursussen.
Indien goedgekeurd*, kan het certificaat van 15 studiepunten worden gebruikt om over te stappen naar een andere instelling, een diploma te behalen aan ASU/Thunderbird of elders. Studenten die een van de cursussen volgen, kunnen ervoor kiezen om andere mogelijkheden voor levenslang leren bij ASU/Thunderbird na te streven of hun digitale inloggegevens te gebruiken om nieuwe professionele kansen na te streven.
