Taiwan Going Global: Harnessing the Power of a Global Mindset to Do Business in the U.S., co-organized by Thunderbird School of Global Management, Soochow University and the StanShih Foundation, empowers participants to harness digital transformation for global success, particularly in the context of Taiwan's expanding footprint. This two-day workshop emphasizes the development of a strong global digital mindset and builds strategies for successful U.S.-Taiwan business ventures. Participants will receive personalized feedback on their results, along with guidance on developing action plans to enhance their global digital mindset.

雷鳥全球管理學院與台灣東吳大學將於3/23-3/24攜手推出為期兩天的「台灣企業全球佈局:善用國際戰略思維,在美開創產業優勢」培訓課程。

本培訓旨在培養全球商業領域中具備數位心態和戰略視野的領袖人才,參與者將於課後獲得個別學習回饋。培訓內容將包含與台商赴美設廠息息相關之企業融資、稅法、碳排放等熱門議題,另將引導學員建立國際觀(Global Mindset),搭配分析評測工具,使企業組織、人事與系統流程相互配搭,於美國市場展現產業優勢,開創新商機。
