Bruno Rodrigues

Bruno Rodrigues supports prospective graduate students worldwide in pursuing global leadership education. As a Graduate Programs Recruiter at Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University, he leads international recruitment strategy, partner outreach, and admissions communications in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.  

His career path has been diverse. Before returning to higher education, he worked in the performing arts as a singer, dancer, and actor. This experience informs his approach to recruitment, where storytelling, audience engagement, and authentic presence are as vital as data and strategy. He holds an MBA and a Master of Music from Arizona State University, which enables him to combine creative communication with strong business acumen. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Professional Practice (DPP) in Global Leadership and Management at Thunderbird, focusing his research on digital discoverability and AI-mediated search in international student recruitment, exploring how emerging technologies are reshaping the way students find and choose university programs around the world.  

Bruno represents Thunderbird at events and through community partnerships to enhance the program's visibility domestically and internationally, with a focus on Latin America. He generates and qualifies student leads through information sessions, advising appointments, and digital engagement, guiding candidates from initial contact through admissions, scholarships, and visa processes. Additionally, he coordinates recruiting travel logistics, manages vendor relationships for marketing materials, and tracks the applicant pipeline in Salesforce to support demand forecasting.
