Alumni transcript and diploma requests

Alumni of the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University can order official copies of their transcripts and diplomas through My ASU.

 

Diploma requests

  • Alumni who have an ASURITE ID:  Sign in to your My ASU profile. On the homepage, find the box labeled My Classes. Click on Grades and Transcripts and then Transcripts and Test Scores. Choose your option. (Some alumni may only have the option to order a replacement diploma under My Programs > Transcripts and Diploma). Complete the process and make payment for your order. 
  • Alumni who do not have an ASURITE ID:  Use this link to submit a request for a digital or paper copy of your diploma.

 

Transcript requests: Please note: Alumni who graduated from Thunderbird prior to 2015 can only order physical copies of transcripts.

  • Alumni who have an ASURITE ID: Sign in to your My ASU profile. On the home screen, find the box labeled My Classes. Click on Grades and Transcripts and then Transcripts and Test Scores. Choose your option. (Some alumni may also have an option under My Programs > Transcripts and Diploma.) Complete the process and make payment for your order.
  • Alumni who do not have an ASURITE ID: 
    • Step 1: Submit the form here to start the process to create an ASURITE ID. The information provided will be used to match you with the correct alumni profile. By submitting this form, you agree to allow Thunderbird School of Global Management and Arizona State University to contact you regarding this request and to update your alumni profile information. Please be aware that expedited requests cannot be accommodated under any circumstance.
    • Step 2: The Thunderbird IT Help Desk will follow up with you within 48 business hours using the preferred phone number indicated on your request to verify your personal information, including the last 4 digits of your U.S. social security number. Please note that a U.S. social security number is required to activate your ASURITE ID for domestic alumni who are U.S. citizens. International alumni will be asked to verify their birthdate. 
    • Step 3: After verification of your personal information, please allow 7-10 business days to receive an email from ASU with instructions on how to activate your ASURITE ID account. Please also monitor your spam folder for this email. 
    • Step 4: After your ASURITE ID has been activated, you must wait up to another 3-5 business days for the Thunderbird Alumni affiliation to be added to your account. You will not receive notification when this step has been completed. Once fully activated, you will be able to log into My ASU to request your transcript with the following steps:
    • Click on Grades & Transcripts.
