Anastasiya Mlynchyk
Biography
Anastasiya Mlynchyk is the Senior Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy at the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. With over a decade of experience in digital marketing, brand development, and global leadership communication, she leads Thunderbird’s strategic marketing efforts to amplify its reputation as the world’s premier institution for cross-sectoral, future-ready leadership.
Anastasiya’s career spans global education, technology, and international business development. She has led award-winning campaigns, driven international enrollment growth, and built high-performing marketing teams across diverse sectors. Prior to Thunderbird, she held marketing leadership roles at World Learning and BridgeStreet Global Hospitality and spearheaded international expansion initiatives in the semiconductor industry.
Originally from Belarus and Georgia, Anastasiya holds a Master of Science in Graphic Information Technology from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, along with a Master of Laws (LL.B.). She also holds multiple Cornell certifications in digital marketing, analytics, and design. Fluent in English, Russian, and Georgian, Anastasiya brings a globally minded, purpose-driven approach to every initiative she leads.
