Lifetime Email Access

Starting November 13, a change will take place in how you access and log into your Thunderbird School of Global Management lifetime email account:

1. Open an internet browser and type in http://mail.global.t-bird.edu
2. Log into your alumni email account by entering your alumni email address and your password

• Your password will be the same password you use to access your MTB account (My.thunderbird.edu)
• If you do not remember your password or your email address, please call the Thunderbird Helpdesk at 602-496-7999 and request to be transferred to Thunderbird Support for assistance with your lifetime email account password.

OR

1. Log into http://www.gmail.com
2. Enter your alumni email address and your password

• Your password will be the same password you use to access your MTB account (My.thunderbird.edu)
• If you do not remember your password or your email address, please call the Thunderbird Helpdesk at 602-496-7999 and ask to be transferred to Thunderbird Support for assistance with your lifetime email account password.

      3. If you have multiple Gmail Accounts:

• Open Gmail using your primary email account.
• Click your picture, name or email address in the top right corner of Gmail.
• Click Add account.
• Type the Gmail address you want to add for multiple sign-in over Email.
• Now type that account's password in the Password space.
• Click Sign in.
