Our Presence in East Asia
Thunderbird's first COE in East Asia launched in 2017 thanks to the generosity and support of alumnus Hiroshi Hamada. Since then, our strong alumni network in Japan has contributed to its growth and expansion of services. In 2019, our second regional center in Seoul was launched with the support of prominent alumnus Dr. Se Yung Lee. Thunderbird's expansion in the region continued in 2021 with the launch of our center in Shanghai, with plans for additional expansion in 2022 to Taipei.
