Effective crisis management plans and preparations are customized to external stakeholders’ concerns and needs, and they keep all employees informed. Crisis management leaders must know how to readily access and make the most of messaging and communication technology in advance of any crisis. Participants will learn to take a strategic approach to selecting, establishing and reinforcing communication links, customizing the timing of information flow and working with communication experts to achieve optimal outreach before, during and after crises.
This program is designed for seasoned leaders seeking to further advance their thinking, their networks and their careers. Participants will represent a range of B2C and B2B industries from a diversity of companies, countries and cultures. The program is ideal for vice presidents, directors and senior staff responsible for identifying and managing potential crises that could occur in their organization or industry. This program is for leaders looking to make a significant impact on their company’s ability to survive crisis- and risk-related issues facing their organization, especially within the context of today’s global and/or cross-cultural responsibilities. Senior managers across other business functions who have recently transitioned to roles that might have to address these issues will also benefit from the program.
